Preferred Qualifications
    • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an educational setting.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
    • Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of effective troubleshooting.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
    • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
    • Technical Support:
    • Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, printers, projectors, and AV equipment.
    • Install and configure new hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
    • Manage and optimize the network of devices, maintaining robust school-wide Wi-Fi connectivity.
    • Provide timely assistance to staff and students, enhancing their ability to use technology effectively.
    • Preventative Maintenance:
    • Conduct regular maintenance checks on all equipment to minimize downtime.
    • Keep an updated inventory of supplies and manage the procurement of new technology as needed.
    • Instructional Support:
    • Facilitate technology setup for classroom presentations, labs, and other academic activities.
    • Support teachers in integrating cutting-edge technology into their curriculum.
    • Train staff and students on new tools, fostering a tech-savvy school culture.
    • Safety and Security:
    • Ensure a safe and organized technical workspace.
    • Implement robust data backup and cybersecurity protocols to protect school information.
    • Remain current with technology trends and advancements to continuously improve school infrastructure.
Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist with logistical aspects of school operations, including arrival, dismissal, and special events.
    • Participate in or facilitate staff meetings with potential to lead sessions depending on expertise.
